We all deserve healthy relationships. We all want healthy relationships. However, sometimes we find ourselves wrapped up in a relationship - be it with a friend, a partner, or a relative - that isn't healthy at all. It can be hard to recognize when our relationships become unhealthy, especially if it's a relationship that we've been in for a long time. It's important that we all take time to occasionally assess our relationships and make sure they're still healthy.
Some signs of an unhealthy relationship include:
Lack of communication
Attempts to control
Lack of boundaries
