Ever feel like there aren't enough hours in the day? That you rush and rush to get stuff done, but somehow when it's time for bed you haven't accomplished anything yet? Everyone goes through seasons of this, but there are ways to get life back under control.
One way to help things settle is to sit down and decide what is a priority to you. Is it your job? Family? Volunteering? Spending time with friends? School? Depending on your stage of life, your answers will be different. Maybe make a list so you see your priorities on paper. Once you've identified what your priorities are, say no to things that don't fit them (and this applies even if the thing your saying no to are good things).
When you schedule your priorities first and focus on those, you'll be surprised by how much time 24 hours in a day actually is!
