Resolutions

New Year's resolutions are all a big deal in December and January. It's a great time to make resolutions; new year, new start. An estimated 41% of Americans make New Year's resolutions, but only a disheartening 9% of those feel like that actually achieve their goals.
So if you are in the majority, chances are good you've already started slipping on whatever goal you made. But I've got some good news for you. You don't have to wait until January 1st, 2018 to start trying again.
You can set goals at any time. You can decide at any moment that you want to change the direction your life is moving in. If you mess up along the way - and let's face it, all of us mess up along the way - that doesn't mean your goal is impossible to reach. Give yourself some grace, and keep going.
